Cereus aethiops A nice columnar species with dark black spines. The plants can be purple during winter dormancy or times of stress but is otherwise blueish green normally. This is one of the smaller columnar species, only reaching 5-6' or so, making it reasonable as a potted indoor plant near a bright window for those in colder climates. Makes big tubular flowers during the warmer months. Easy to grow, just give normal succulent care of good light and careful watering. Protect from frost.
Please note: These are healthy plants but each of them have some minor scarring. I've shown this clearly in the images so please look closely. I've reduced the price of these plants accordingly. Therefore I will not accept refunds on them related to this cosmetic damage that in no way affects the health of the plant.
You will receive a plant shown in the last image or one similar. Plants shown in a 3.5" pot.
Important Shipping Information
- PLANTS ARE SHIPPED BARE ROOT If you want me to send them in pots send me a message to discuss. Extra charges due to increased shipping costs will apply.
- Immediate Payment (eBay only) Sorry! I can no longer offer a delayed purchase option as the multichannel inventory management system I have started using requires this setting.
- No Delayed Shipping (eBay only) Once you pay I have to (and WILL) ship within 3 business days or eBay will lower my seller rating. I used to have a way to delay shipping but can no longer do this for the same reason as #2 above. Feel free to message me before buying to see if we can figure something out here, no promises though.
- Winter Shipping If you live in a cold climate consider including a 96 hour heat pack in your order during the cold months. I have them as a listing. Just add it to your order. If you don’t see them just message me.
