Shipping policy

1. PLANTS ARE SHIPPED BARE ROOT If you want me to send them in pots send me a message to discuss. Extra shipping charges will apply.
2. Delaying Shipping If you need me to hold the items for a while before shipping you must contact me BEFORE paying to explore the feasibility of your request.
3. Winter Shipping If you live in a cold climate consider including a 96 hour heat pack in your order during the cold months. They are listed in my store during colder months (and upon request anytime). I will not be responsible for any cold damage to plants in shipments without a heat pack.
4. Items are usually shipped through the USPS as First Class or Priority Mail. Kyle's Plants may use other shipping methods (e.g. UPS, FedEx, etc.) at their discretion.

 We are located in the USA!  Don't buy from overseas sellers and risk your plant getting confiscated by customs or spending so long in transit the plant is damaged or dies

California residents will be charged 7.25% sales tax.
