Refund policy

Live plants are perishable and can die rapidly from improper care. Therefore items (including non-plant items) are sold as is and refunds and returns are generally not allowed. Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of Kyle's Plants and are normally limited to cases where plants are damaged in transit, have clear signs of pests or disease, or if the wrong item was sent. Any requests for returns or refunds must be filed within 24 hours of receipt.
