Faucaria tigrina Family: Aizoaceae. This plant has the appropriate common name of tiger jaws because it really does look like a mouth with fangs! Flowers are yellow. Even when not in flower you have a beautiful and interesting plant. The margins (edges) of the leaves are toothed while the rest of the leaf is smooth and green. Easy to grow. It is a winter grower so give it more moisture in the cooler months and hold back on the water in the summer. Readily forms clumps. Protect from frost.

Note: Ignore the leaves shown in the flower image. That image is of a different Faucaria species but the flower is identical to F. tigrina.
