Euphorbia schoenlandii Family: Euphorbiaceae. An unusual looking species that has a short green stem with upcurved thorns. When actively growing the plant has thin leaves, but they drop when dormant or drought stressed only to regrow when conditions are good again. Easy to grow. Put it in a well draining mix and water when the soil gets dry. Cut back on water in the winter when it is mostly dormant. Protect from frost.
You will receive a plant shown in the last image or one similar. It is shown growing in a 4" pot. Please note: the plants for sale are a bit smaller than those in the close up images. Please look at the group photo to determine the size of the plants.
Important Shipping Information
- PLANTS ARE SHIPPED BARE ROOT If you want me to send them in pots send me a message to discuss. Extra charges due to increased shipping costs will apply.
- Immediate Payment (eBay only) Sorry! I can no longer offer a delayed purchase option as the multichannel inventory management system I have started using requires this setting.
- No Delayed Shipping (eBay only) Once you pay I have to (and WILL) ship within 3 business days or eBay will lower my seller rating. I used to have a way to delay shipping but can no longer do this for the same reason as #2 above. Feel free to message me before buying to see if we can figure something out here, no promises though.
- Winter Shipping If you live in a cold climate consider including a 96 hour heat pack in your order during the cold months. I have them as a listing. Just add it to your order. If you don’t see them just message me.
