Echinocereus schwarzii Family: Cactaceae. An attractive upright cactus with big flowers with white to black spines. The plant usually stays under a foot tall and is upright to leaning. Large pink flowers make this plant a showstopper in the summer. Requires general cactus care (good light, water when nearly dry). Moderately cold hardy to 20F.
