Echeveria cante Family: Crassulaceae. One of the most beautiful of the wild Echeveria species. It is the parent of many hybrid cultivars. The leaves are a beautiful ghostly white color with bluish to pinkish highlights. The plant gets 1-2' in diameter. The white color is actually a waxy powder produced by the plant. It comes off very easily if the leaves are touched. Best to touch the leaves as little as possible. Easy to grow. Likes lots of sun. Don't overwater as it can rot if the soil stays wet, especially in the winter. Can take light frost, but protect if temps will be below the upper 20s.
Please note: the white color comes off VERY easily. I will pack as carefully as possible but it is impossible not to wipe some of it off. Don't worry, new leaves will form in coming months.
