Aloe suprafoliata One of the most unusual Aloe species. This is a smaller Aloe that produces long, thin blue leaves with attractive teeth. What makes this species special is that all the leaves are two ranked and are stacked on top of each other (distichous), rather than being in a spiral like most Aloes. The plant may spiral after several years, but keeping it underpotted and growing it "hard" will maintain the desired growth form indefinitely. Also, mature plants pup so even if it spirals it will make new plants that are parallel.
Easy to grow. Likes lots of light and should be watered when the soil is nearly dry. Keep drier in winter. Protect from frost.
You will receive the plant shown in the images. Plant shown in a 6" pot.
Important Shipping Information
- PLANTS ARE SHIPPED BARE ROOT If you want me to send them in pots send me a message to discuss. Extra charges due to increased shipping costs will apply.
- Immediate Payment (eBay only) Sorry! I can no longer offer a delayed purchase option as the multichannel inventory management system I have started using requires this setting.
- No Delayed Shipping (eBay only) Once you pay I have to (and WILL) ship within 3 business days or eBay will lower my seller rating. I used to have a way to delay shipping but can no longer do this for the same reason as #2 above. Feel free to message me before buying to see if we can figure something out here, no promises though.
- Winter Shipping If you live in a cold climate consider including a 96 hour heat pack in your order during the cold months. I have them as a listing. Just add it to your order. If you don’t see them just message me.
Thank you!
