Aloe brevifolia 'variegata' Family: Xanthorrhoeaceae. A variegated form of this popular Aloe species. This plant clumps readily. Plant stays small. Individual heads reach around 6-8" diameter and clumps can fill out larger pots, but you can always divide it if it gets too crowded. The degree of variegation can vary from leaf to leaf and the same plant can look more green one year and more yellow the next. Also, the pups can vary from mostly blue to almost entirely yellow. Any all yellow pups you should keep on the main plant as they won't survive on their own (no chlorophyll). Takes normal succulent care. This is a summer growing Aloe that prefers it drier in the winter. Can take the occasional light frost but isn't tolerant of hard frosts.
You will receive the plant shown in the images. It is shown growing in a 4" pot.
Important Shipping Information
- PLANTS ARE SHIPPED BARE ROOT If you want me to send them in pots send me a message to discuss. Extra charges due to increased shipping costs will apply.
- Immediate Payment (eBay only) Sorry! I can no longer offer a delayed purchase option as the multichannel inventory management system I have started using requires this setting.
- No Delayed Shipping (eBay only) Once you pay I have to (and WILL) ship within 3 business days or eBay will lower my seller rating. I used to have a way to delay shipping but can no longer do this for the same reason as #2 above. Feel free to message me before buying to see if we can figure something out here, no promises though.
- Winter Shipping If you live in a cold climate consider including a 96 hour heat pack in your order during the cold months. I have them as a listing. Just add it to your order. If you don’t see them just message me.
