Acanthocalycium glaucum An unusual small bluish species with yellow flowers.  The plant clumps readily and stays small. It is the smallest blue skin cactus I am aware of, which makes it great for people with limited space. Most others are large columnar plants.

Easy to grow, just give normal succulent care of good light and careful watering.  Protect from frost.
