Anacampseros rufescens Family: Portulacaceae. Sometimes considered an Avonia, this unusual succulent is known for its fat variegated leaves that are range from all green to dark purple, with a mix of color being normal. The more light it gets the better the color. It forms multiple stems in time that creep along the ground. Will produce big pink flowers on long stalks off and on throughout the growing season. These flowers open in the late afternoon or evening.  They are self fertile and usually produce lots of seeds which grow so easily that I have them popping up in random pots all the time. Easy to grow. Give normal succulent care. It is rot prone if kept too wet, especially during the heat of summer. Is more shade tolerant than most succulents.

You will receive the plant shown in the last image.   They are shown  growing in 3.5" pots.

Important Shipping Information

  1. PLANTS ARE SHIPPED BARE ROOT If you want me to send them in pots send me a message to discuss. Extra charges due to increased shipping costs will apply.
  2. Immediate Payment (eBay only) Sorry! I can no longer offer a delayed purchase option as the multichannel inventory management system I have started using requires this setting.
  3. No Delayed Shipping (eBay only) Once you pay I have to (and WILL) ship within 3 business days or eBay will lower my seller rating. I used to have a way to delay shipping but can no longer do this for the same reason as #2 above. Feel free to message me before buying to see if we can figure something out here, no promises though.
  4. Winter Shipping If you live in a cold climate consider including a 96 hour heat pack in your order during the cold months. I have them as a listing. Just add it to your order. If you don’t see them just message me.

Thank you!
