Haworthia truncata x maughanii Family: Xanthorrhoeaceae. A nice form of the most unusual species of Haworthia. Some people consider var. maughanii to be a species of its own, largely because the leaves come out in a spiral, but most now say it is just a variety of H. truncata. Either way this is a cross between the standard truncata form and the maughanii form. Leaves are green at first but become dark red in high light. Differences in plant color in the images are due to this. Plants flower off and on all year round. Haworthias are primarily winter growers so give more water in the cooler months and less during the hot months. Too much summer water can cause spotting or even rot. Protect from frost.
You will receive a plant shown in the last image or one similar. Plants shown in a 4" pot.
Important Shipping Information
- PLANTS ARE SHIPPED BARE ROOT If you want me to send them in pots send me a message to discuss. Extra charges due to increased shipping costs will apply.
- Immediate Payment (eBay only) Sorry! I can no longer offer a delayed purchase option as the multichannel inventory management system I have started using requires this setting.
- No Delayed Shipping (eBay only) Once you pay I have to (and WILL) ship within 3 business days or eBay will lower my seller rating. I used to have a way to delay shipping but can no longer do this for the same reason as #2 above. Feel free to message me before buying to see if we can figure something out here, no promises though.
- Winter Shipping If you live in a cold climate consider including a 96 hour heat pack in your order during the cold months. I have them as a listing. Just add it to your order. If you don’t see them just message me.
