Ferocactus wislizeni Family: Cactaceae.  The Arizona Fire Barrel cactus. This is a nice species with long reddish spines. In time it can get 5-6' tall, but that is after decades in the ground. In a pot it stays manageable size. Flowers are bright orange red.  Takes normal cactus care.  Can take light frost but is at risk in a hard frost.
